What IS Toliara? She is a Purple RingTailed Lemur of course!

This pretty girl was made by the very talented AmberMoonSong and I am thrilled!
I sent him the fur and he created her. The eyes are metallic green and
long purple hair. Her name comes from a city in Madagascar
since that is where lemurs come from.
