CREATING THE HOOVES


The tail ended up being one of the easiest parts of this whole costume!
Basically I took a bundle of horse hair, took Barge Cement and globbed
a bunch at the end, then wrapped it in leather (also with cement). I sewed
on a belt, and voila, horse tail. Then I took Leather Inks and
hand-dyed the hair to have flames of five colors: Black, Burgundy, Red, Orange, Yellow
